Assessing the risk

If you have identified asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in your premises, then as part of your
Duty to Manage, you are required to re-inspect each ACM on a regular basis. This needs to be completed without fail and regardless of its condition and location.

Working closely with our clients, we can devise appropriate re-inspection programs, undertake the inspections and update your asbestos management register accordingly. Where necessary, site drawings from the asbestos survey report can also be updated.
We ensure that surveyors visiting your site are fully qualified to British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) P402 standards. All re-inspection work is carried out in accordance with the Methods for the Determination of Hazardous Substances (MDHS 100) for surveying, bulk sampling and assessment of asbestos-containing materials.

Remember that re-inspections are vital to ensure that your Asbestos Management Plan is both kept up to date, and you are ensuring your ongoing legal compliance to UK asbestos regulations.

Simple steps, taken regularly keep your management plan up to date.
Don't leave yourself and your staff exposed.
