EPCs
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is part of a series of measures being introduced across Europe to reflect legislation which will help cut buildings’ carbon emissions and tackle long term climate change.
The Energy Performance Certificate will give the building a rating from A to G. An A rating shows it's very efficient, meaning lower fuel bills, while G is inefficient, meaning higher fuel bills.

DECs
Display Energy Certificates (DECs) show the actual energy usage of a building, the Operational Rating, and help those visiting or using the building to see the energy efficiency of a building. This is necessary to be renewed on an annual basis.
It is a legal requirement to have these certificates.
How can I obtain a Display Energy Certificate or an Energy Performance Certificate?
An Energy Assessor, accredited to produce display energy certificates for that type of building, is the only person who can produce a DEC and Advisory Report for your building. 80 Twenty Projects can provide these services via our network of accredited partners.

Energy usage
Think your business is paying too much for gas and electricity utilities?
Fed up of high business electricity prices? Tired of rising business gas prices? 80 Twenty Projects through their partners can find you the best quote on both your business gas & electricity and telecoms prices.
Minimise your costs to optimise your profits & productivity
Typically, our partners work with companies who are frustrated with their energy and telecoms costs. Suppliers often have unclear billing methods and many find it difficult to calculate or easily compare if they have the right deal for them, or, that if they sign up that they will be locked into a long, complicated contract that does not tie in with the initial promises they were made by their suppliers.
We strive to add value to our clients' business by helping them to address costs and minimise carbon footprint, which ultimately optimizes profits, using highly viable, low risk strategies.
